First, if you have a need to consider refunds, you likely ordered a product from us. This means we owe you a “Thank you!!” Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Luxury Lotus Spa customers and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way within reasons. That said, here are some things you might want to know before you make your purchase…

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • WE DO NOT OFFER REFUND/EXCHANGE
  • You may cancel any order at anytime prior to shipment.
  • Because everyone’s skin is different, we can not guarantee you that you will see results fast. – You may experience a learning curve
  • If you feel you’re owed a refund, please email us at Admin@LuxuryLotusSpa.com to give us time to review everything.
  • WE DO OUR BEST TO WORK WITH YOU HOWEVER, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. ONCE WE MAKE A DECISION – OUR DECISION IS FINAL

FOR U.S. ORDERS

We generally don’t offer refund/exchange however, in some rare & unique situations… we might make an exception for you(There’s no guarantee). 

In those rare and unique situations… This is our offer. 

PROOF REQUIRED

If you’re not totally obsessed with your Shop.LuxuryLotusSpa.com or LuxuryLotusSpa.com purchase, return it to exchange it for free ( return shipping or handling fees apply – You pay to ship the item(s) back to us) within 7 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

  • When you return your purchase to Shop.LuxuryLotusSpa.com or LuxuryLotusSpa.com by mail within 7 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s) – minus the original shipping cost).
  • Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 7 days.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)

  1. Fill out the Returns + Exchanges form on the back of your order summary—use the top box for returns, the bottom box for exchanges. Place the completed form with your item(s) in the original Shop.LuxuryLotusSpa.com or LuxuryLotusSpa.com packaging, or any well-padded envelope or box.
  2. Create and print your RETURN LABEL(s), and attach it securely to the package.
  3. Seal up the box and drop it off anywhere in the U.S. mail/At your favorite mailing station!

Once you’ve created a return label and sent it back to us, you can TRACK YOUR RETURN USING THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED AT THE MAILING STATION. Look out for an email confirmation from us—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processing!

We do our best to respond within 5-7 business days. Sometimes, we are able to respond within 48-72 hours. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Luxury Lotus Spa, LLC does not accept returns for opened packages containing skincare gadgets & tools. We also do not accept returns or issue refunds for skincare products.  

 

All sales are final.

 

An unopened package must be certified as “item refused” by the United Parcel Service. Shipping costs are not refundable for returned items/packages.

Shipping & Delivery

 

Luxury Lotus Spa, LLC currently uses United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS for shipping all orders.

We automatically offer free shipping to all USA destinations for orders of $100.00 or more.

For orders under $100.00, the amount you are quoted is the exact amount for shipping as determined by USPS/UPS to deliver a package to your destination.

Shipment fees are based on the total weight of your order from our distribution centers.

Delivery Time

Please note, when we have a lot of orders in the queue, it make take up 10-18 business days to ship your products to you.

Containers and product color will vary depending on what’s currently in season however, the effectiveness of our products will not change.

UPS Mail shipments take 3 – 5 business days to arrive at their destination.  All orders can be tracked through  

www.usps.com/www.ups.com  

within 24-48 hours after shipping, confirmation has been sent to you. 

Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST usually ship the same business day when we can. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST usually ship the next business day.

Package Intercept

In the event of your order being designated to a shipping address you’d like to change (after it’s already been shipped), USPS offers package intercept services. The fee for this service is around $12.55 USD and is applicable for any package that has not yet been delivered.
